Change to service provisions

Due to the emerging situation of Coronavirus, we need to change the way we provide our services at Cheetham Hill Advice Centre.

From Wednesday 18 March 2020, we will be suspending all our face-to-face services. This means we will have no more drop-in sessions and no face-to-face advice appointments. All advice will be provided over the phone and via Skype.

We are very sad to have to take this step and it has been a very difficult decision. We have our team currently split with some working in the building and some people working from home. We have the capacity for homeworking and so will be able to do this if the situation necessitates it.

Thank you for bearing with us – we appreciate all the support we have had from clients, the community, partner agencies, commissioners and funders. We hope to reopen our full range of services soon and thank you all for your patience.

Opening Times

Monday, Tuesday and Thursday

You can drop-in for advice from 9:30 a.m.

We can only see the first 15 people in the queue but will provide information

about other services to everyone else


We see people by appointment at other times


We also provide advice at other venues across the city - please call us for details
